Any delivery may be delayed up to 6 weeks due to COVID19, extreme weather conditions, or world-wide supply shortages.
International deliveries may take longer due to the above reasons and customs policies of your country.

Domestic shipments:
After 6 weeks customer may file a claim with our form on this page.

International shipments (some Fractal Water products to USA):
After 8 or more weeks from original shipment, customer may file a claim on this page.
Please allow 3-7 business days to process and ship your order.

USA Holiday orders (November-December):
This time period gets busy for our business, and may take longer to process and ship your order.
We will inform you if shipment will delay past holiday before we ship to you.

Orders may not be cancelled after ordering, unless granted via email.

Occasionally, mail couriers will mark packages as delivered up to 72 hours before they actually are delivered,
