What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer:
We accept paypal as our main payment gateway, which accepts
e-checks, bank account payment, and all major credit cards without requiring any paypal membership!

What shipping companies do you offer?

Answer:
Right now, USPS (United States Postal Service) is our main shipper, due to prices and destination flexibility. We use their Priority Mail service on all orders, unless otherwise requested- we may change couriers upon email request and any additional shipment fees from the new courier. Most all couriers are more expensive and take more time than USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). So we have built in this USPS Priority Mail costs into our prices for your convinience.
International shipments will require additional shipping fees that we will invoice. Generally it will add an additional $40-70 on larger USPS Internation Express Mail parcels and can be done as such upon email request.

Question:
How long will it take to receive my order?


Answer:
You will receive a PayPal notice of shipment upon our shipping to you, with tracking numbers via United States Postal Service (USPS).

We ship out Natural Action Water structuring units, Super Imploder water energizer, Triploder, and Imploder shower nozzle within 2-3 business days normally via USPS PriorityMail. Please allow 2-3 additional business days to receive your shipment. We will contact a purchaser if long delays occur.

We ship out Bionad and ZeoHeal within 5 business days normally via USPS PriorityMail. From time to time, it may take up to 1-2 weeks to obtain stock and ship to you, depending on our supply. Please allow 2-3 additional business days to receive your shipment from shipment date.

Do you allow returns, exchanges, or warranties?


Answer:

Exchanges are possible, but not guarunteed, by email request only at this time. Products must be unused and sealed in original packaging for a request to be considered.
Returns are only offered upon the specific product money-back guarantees and warranties.

Shipping Fees

You must provide shipping fees on all returns and exchanges.

Product Specifics
All Natural Action Water Units have a 90-day money-back guarantee and
a free lifetime parts replacement warranty per the manufacturer.
Lifetime parts warranty is void if the unit(s) purchased are exposed to sunlight for prolonged periods of time. Please install units accordingly.

We do not offer returns on The Super Imploder Unit, Shower Nozzle, and Triploder.

Bionaid and Zeoheal have a 30-day money-back guarantee per the manufacturer.

How safe are your products?
Answer:

The units and supplements are 100% safe for biology (humans, babies, pets, wild animals, farming produce, wine grapes, etc) when using the directions indicated by each product. All units and bottles are constructed with the safest known (medical grade) plastics and non-toxic bonding agents.

The Super Imploder contains strong magnets that could potentially change the magnetism in nearby sensative materials (compasses, computer discs, etc). Please take precaution on The Super Imploder. The Super Imploder has safety recommendations in The Super Imploder products description.

Bionaid and Zeoheal are safe for humans and animal consumption, per the manufacturer directions on the labels (see FAQ sections for Bionaid and Zeoheal).
